It calls for concrete measures to make sure young people know about European values and European opportunities in order to seize them. Special report 22/2018: Mobility under Erasmus+

The European Court of Auditors has reported that under the Erasmus+ programme, student mobility has generated many forms of European added value and has had a positive effect on participants attitudes towards the EU. In one example, the innovative Student Loan Guarantee Facility has not produced its expected result. The report is available in 23 EU languages.
